• Client engagement data: Information you voluntarily provide during the course of our consulting engagement, which is necessary to deliver our services.
• Payment information: Billing details processed through our payment processor. We never store raw payment card data on our systems.

We do not use analytics trackers, cookies, pixels, or any third-party tracking scripts on this website. We do not collect telemetry. We do not fingerprint browsers.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to deliver the services you have engaged us for, communicate with you about your engagement, and process payments. That is it. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with any third party for any reason.

Data Storage and Security

Client data is stored on self-hosted, encrypted infrastructure that we own and operate. We do not use third-party cloud platforms for client data storage. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Data Retention

We retain client data only for the duration necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations and comply with applicable law. Upon completion of an engagement, clients may request full deletion of their data. We will comply within 30 days.

Third Parties

We use a payment processor (Stripe) for card transactions. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data. We do not share any other client information with third parties unless required by law.

Your Rights
